Thank you for your order! Our standard order processing time is 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you’ve purchased customized or handmade items, the processing may take 5-10 business days due to the special production process.

Once your order is shipped, the estimated shipping time varies by delivery method:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

Please note that during peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), order processing and shipping may be delayed by 1-2 extra days due to high order volume. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its delivery status in real time.
